Earthworks
Clearing, cut and fill, compaction, embankments, and slope protection matched to site conditions and survey data.
Service 01 · Civil works
Before a school opens or a road carries traffic, the ground has to be right. MYKreat handles site development, earthworks, concrete structures, drainage, and utility works across Mindanao so the visible parts of a project last as long as they should.
Mindanao construction is shaped by rainfall, soil conditions, and terrain that changes within a single site. Civil works is where those realities are dealt with honestly: cut and fill, compaction, slope protection, drainage paths, and foundations sized for the ground actually found on site.
MYKreat treats civil works as the stage where cost overruns are prevented rather than created. Survey data, soil testing, and drainage planning are settled before concrete is poured, because a correction made during earthworks costs a fraction of a correction made after handover.
Where it applies
Final scope is confirmed per project against the approved design, site conditions, and procurement requirements.
Clearing, cut and fill, compaction, embankments, and slope protection matched to site conditions and survey data.
Foundations, footings, retaining structures, slabs, and reinforced concrete works built to approved design and testing requirements.
Canals, culverts, catch basins, and outfall works planned around actual rainfall and runoff, not assumptions.
Water lines, electrical conduits, sewer and septic provisions, and coordination with utility providers.
Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought. These items travel with the work from mobilisation to turnover.

Give us the location, scope, target timeline, and whatever drawings exist. Send it straight to the office, or use the form on the homepage to produce a downloadable brief.

Practical answers about how this scope is delivered in Philippine conditions.
Civil works covers site clearing and earthworks, compaction, concrete structures and foundations, drainage systems, retaining works, and utility provisions. On most public projects it also includes access roads, site fencing, and temporary facilities required during construction.
MYKreat builds to approved design and works with the project's designers and engineers on constructability, sequencing, and site-specific drainage adjustments. Where a design conflicts with conditions found on site, the issue is raised in writing before work proceeds.
Parts of it can, with sequencing adjustments. Earthworks and compaction are weather-sensitive, so schedules are built with rainfall in mind, drainage is installed early where possible, and exposed surfaces are protected rather than left to erode.
Most MYKreat projects combine more than one of these.
