Can you build or renovate while the health facility stays open?
Yes, through phased work. Construction zones are isolated from clinical areas, dust and noise are controlled, and utility shutdowns are scheduled with facility management so patient services are not interrupted without agreement.
Do you install medical equipment?
MYKreat builds the spaces and installs the building systems that equipment depends on, including power, water, drainage, ventilation, and rough-ins. Specialised medical equipment is normally supplied and commissioned by the equipment vendor, with MYKreat coordinating the interfaces.
What makes healthcare construction different from a normal building?
Circulation separation, hygiene-grade finishes, redundancy in power and water, and stricter tolerance for defects. A leak or a dead circuit in an office is an inconvenience; in a treatment room it stops care. The documentation and testing requirements are correspondingly heavier.
